This project led to the redevelopment of a derelict and prominent site overlooking the Port of Heysham.
Simple materials were used to striking effect to produce a contemporary building which reflected the client’s business aspirations.
The internal layout of the building was planned to maximize views over Morecambe Bay towards the Lake District.
Subsequently hpa have been involved in a further five phases of development work elsewhere on the site.
