Our clients are planning to relocate their existing factory to a new purpose built facility on a nearby site. This move would leave a vacant site in a prime residential location.

hpa have prepared a masterplan for the site which contains 77 new energy efficient dwellings and a Care Home on the site of the factory. A lake has been placed at the centre of the site to provide a focal point, whilst acting as a rainwater balancing pond and a recreational amenity area.

The 60 Bed Care Home is designed to fill a need in the locality as well as providing vital jobs for villagers who work at the existing factory and may not be keen about commuting to the factoryís new location.
