This is one of the most loved buildings in Lancaster’s City Centre. The former workshop and showroom of the renowned furniture craftsmen, had fallen into a state of disrepair and needed a new lease of life. This listed building was carefully renovated and sensitively divided into three units. It now contains a bar, furniture shop and a nightclub.
hpa worked as the lead consultants in the restoration of the building, acting for the landlord. We also worked closely with the incoming tenants and their interior design teams to ensure that their requirements could be incorporated into the newly refurbished building.
