Built on the site of a former convalescence home at the base of Arnside Knott, The Grange is a development of 21 Luxury Apartments, which boasts amazing views over Morecambe Bay towards the Lake District.
The design of the building carefully overcomes the problems of building a modern development within a highly traditional environment. Modern fittings were used alongside traditional features, such as the limestone walling.
This project demonstrates clearly how good design can provide benefits for developers. The flats were in high demand, and sold for excellent prices.
