Masterplanning

The practice has a proven track record in the Masterplanning of residential, leisure and commercial sites. 

Recent projects include the design of a 130 unit Leisure Village in North Yorkshire, a 77 house scheme in Nottinghamshire, 66 houses in the Ribble Valley and 80 houses near Lancaster. The practice have also collaborated in the design of the prominent Lawson’s Quay site (mixed use) in Lancaster City Centre.
