An exciting renovation of a key building in the heart of Liverpool.
The building had been unoccupied for a long period of time and as a result had fallen into a state of repair. hpa worked closely with the client and conservation officer to sensitively refurbish the building and bring over 5500sq ft of floorspace back into use.
Blackburn Chambers is now used as a headquarters for a national casino operator,
and contained offices, IT Suites and a television studio. The building reopened to considerable acclaim and contributed to the ongoing regeneration of Liverpool.
