This proposed development for 14 contemporary Apartments was granted Planning
Permission in early 2009.
The building is designed to reflect the ‘arc’ of the natural contours of the site. The
profile of the building also makes best use of a tight position nestled amongst a series
of mature trees, many with Tree Preservation Orders in place. The scheme sits within
a Conservation Area and also had to meet strict criteria in terms of materials and
external detailing.
