This project saw the transformation of a former industrial site close to the M60 / M67
interchange on the outskirts of Manchester.
The site contains a mix of new build Warehouse, Industrial and Office Units with a
combined floor are of over 80,000 sq ft. The contract cost was over £5million.
The project was completed in the summer of 2008.
